Mexican Dip

120z sausage or chicken
8 oz cream cheese
1 C salsa

Brown the meat. Drain the fat if necessary. Add the cream cheese and salsa to the pan and heat through. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with grated cheese and green onions.
